At NORDSK, every order is prepared with care and packed to arrive in perfect condition.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

During high-demand periods or limited releases, processing times may be slightly longer - we appreciate your patience.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Sweden

  • European Union

  • International destinations

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping option.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • Sweden: [1-2 business days]

  • EU: [3-5 business days]

  • International: [7-14 business days]

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Tracking

Where available, we provide tracking for all shipments.
Tracking details will be sent to you once your order leaves our facility.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. NORDSK is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing and is not responsible for any costs.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect address,

  • failed delivery attempts, or

  • refusal to accept delivery,

we may offer reshipment at the customer’s cost.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, we recommend checking:

  • safe places around your property

  • with neighbours / reception

  • with the carrier directly

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product

  • photos of the packaging and shipping label

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
