If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused

Unopened

In perfect condition

Returned in its original packaging, including any inserts and protective materials
To request a return, email hello@nordsk.co with your order number.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service, as NORDSK cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Hygiene & Product Integrity
To protect the quality and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns if the item has been:

Used unless faulty before use

Handled in a way that causes marks, scratches, dents, wear, or damage

Returned without original packaging, parts, or inserts
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund including return postage, depending on availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider).
