At NORDSK, every product is designed to feel exceptional.
If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)
If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the final item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires.
How to Start a Return
The quickest way to request a return is through your customer account:
If you checked out using your email address, simply sign in using your email.
If you checked out using only your phone number, you won't be able to access the customer account portal. Instead, please use the secure return link included in your SMS order confirmation.

Returning Your Order
Once you've notified us that you'd like to return your order, you must send the item back within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
-
Unopened
-
In perfect condition
-
Returned in its original packaging, including all inserts, accessories and protective materials
Once your return request is approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as NORDSK cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Hygiene & Product Integrity
To protect the quality and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns where the item has:

Been used (unless found to be faulty before normal use)

Been handled in a way that causes marks, scratches, dents, wear or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product

Been returned without its original packaging, inserts or components
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights relating to faulty or defective products.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
Where appropriate, we'll offer a replacement, repair or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, we'll process your refund within 14 days of either:

Receiving the returned goods; or
-
Receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back (whichever comes first).
Refunds are issued using your original payment method.
Where you exercised your legal right of withdrawal, we'll also refund the cost of the standard delivery option originally selected at checkout. Any additional charges paid for premium or expedited shipping services are non-refundable.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by applicable consumer law, including products that:

Have been unsealed after delivery where they are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Have been personalised or made to your specifications.

Are clearly identified as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase, where permitted by law.
Limited drops or special releases marked as Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
